Lillian Gran, the Mama

Ms. Lillian Gran (PhD) is an Assistant Professor in Education at a major Norwegian University of Applied Sciences, and has combined her professional work with being a loving mother to her two kids, 12 and 14 years old. However, in April 2023 the infamous Norwegian Child Welfare System («Barnevernet») recruited the police to forcefully take her children at school and place them in foster care, without any forewarning. Lillian has now taken the case to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
